If my lemon balm keeps growing as voraciously as it is so far this spring, I will have the stuff coming out my ears. Does anyone have a favorite way to use it, aside from tea? I'd love to hear from you!
Maybe you could set out little pots for sale on your porch for people who don't have lemon balm. As for me, I like it best for smelling, though the tea is nice too. I don't know how else to use it.

I eat it! just roll it up and pop it in your mouth! (Idea: Use in recipes that call for lemon and mint. I haven't tried it though, It is just an idea).
